2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed by making an advance payment of at least 50% of the total tour or taxi package amount.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or prior to the start of the tour.
- We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other payment gateways as listed on the website.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the tour date will result in a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or taxi booking date.
4. Modifications to Bookings
- Any request for changes to your tour or taxi booking must be made at least 7 days before the start date.
- We will try to accommodate changes as per availability, but we do not guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications depending on the changes requested.
5. Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid identification and travel documents during the trip.
- Any special requests (e.g., child seat, luggage handling) must be communicated to us in advance.
- Travelers must arrive at the designated pick-up points on time. We are not responsible for missed tours or taxi services due to late arrivals.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler. Himachal Harmony Tours is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal items.
6. Health and Safety
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are in good health to undertake the tour. We recommend consulting a medical professional if necessary.
- Himachal Harmony Tours will not be liable for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries sustained during the tour.
- We take care to follow all safety guidelines and regulations, but certain risks are inherent in any travel-related activity.
7. Taxi Services
- Our taxi services are provided on a rental basis, and the drivers are fully licensed and vetted for safety.
- The rental charges include driver allowances and fuel costs, but do not cover tolls, parking fees, or other unforeseen expenses.
- Taxi service durations are fixed. Any additional hours or kilometers will incur extra charges.
8. Third-Party Services
We may partner with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, adventure activities) for certain tour packages. Himachal Harmony Tours is not responsible for any issues, delays, or problems caused by third-party service providers.
9. Force Majeure
Himachal Harmony Tours will not be liable for any cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or road blockages. In such cases, we will strive to reschedule your tour or provide alternative options.
